We have several personal trainers that specialise in different areas of strength and fitness, so whether you’re looking to run your first marathon, get that first pull up, or nail a heavier deadlift, we have an option for you! All our personal training sessions start with an initial complimentary consultation and are fully tailored to your requirements, with your specific training goals in mind, so you can be sure that your sessions are designed to get you the best results possible.

Our Personal Trainers


With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Olly has always had a keen interest in sports since representing Gloucestershire in track athletics as a teen, playing rugby for multiple seasons in the Western Counties league, and more recently competing around the country in various functional fitness events. Olly is a fully accredited Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 British Weightlifting Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist for injury pre-habilitation and rehabilitation.
